About
After graduation my wife and I lived in Colorado Springs for 9 months before heading off to pilot training in Texas, which is where we were for the next year. While I loved flying and it was a dream of mine to fly fighter jets in the AF, I realized that from a family/lifestyle perspective it wasn’t the best choice in careers. So after long, emotional, and sometimes painful deliberation, we decided to switch up career paths and fall back on engineering to be able to put a focus on our life-priorities - each other, our soon to be family, and those around us we wished to positively impact.
That brought us to Massachusetts. We chose this area of the country because it was the closest we could get to some of our mentors in life and in business who happened to live in New Jersey. While I miss flying, I haven’t had one day of regret about relocating to be around people that have stretched us and grown us in ways that would have been very difficult had we kept on the same path. Much of what will be posted in this blog will have come from my association with our mentors, their mentors, etc.
During the course of the above events, I found out that I had a passion for business and entreprenuership and started a business that today spans across the country into many different states. Much of my time is spent mentoring, coaching, and training the different business teams we have and it is one of my favorite things to do. The relationships and friendships we’ve established are life-long, and it’s an awesome feeling to know you’re making an impact in other people’s lives for generations to come.
So that’s the quick story…
I’m publishing this blog with the hope of solidfying the teachings and thought-process I’ve learned over the past 5 years, as well as to give back to people in hopes they will find the information as useful and uplifting as I have. There is a world and a life out there that I’m afraid very few people are aware of, and it one of my passions to help train and educate people in how to think properly in order to attain success in life, whatever that might be for each person.
Success is a journey, not a destination - we all need guides along that journey if we’re to make it very far down the path. I’ve had the great fortune and blessing of having some amazing guides thus far. Hopefully you’ll allow me the opportunity and privilege to be one of many guides you have throughout your life. I hope the content posted here in the coming months and years will be of value to you and help you achieve your goals in life, whatever they happen to be.
To your success,
Steve
